Madeira - the most charming destination in Portugal


During this tour you will discover this small piece of paradise in the Atlantic Ocean that you can visit all year round due to its warm winters and balmy summers. The island offers superb hotel facilities, fantastic landscapes and authenticity from the locals.

In this journey, you experience the island highlights: from the colorful capital Funchal to the secret villages hidden away in the mountains, you will take part in a variety of activities (trekking, jeep tour, tuk tuk...). Enjoy the Madeira sunset and the color of flowers!

Day 1

Arrival at Funchal

Arrival. Meeting with tour leader at the airport, transfer and check-in at hotel. Visit to Funchal by a Tuk Tuk car. We will see the 3 most beautiful churches on the island: Santa Maria, São Pedro and Sé.
Return to the hotel and overnight.

Day 2

Full Day | Exploration of Island I !

After breakfast, we begin an unforgettable full day trip by coach. We will visit the most important places on the Island: Funchal then Camacha, Pico do Arieiro and Ribeiro Frio. We will also visit one of the most famous places in Madeira: Santana, where we will have lunch in a traditional restaurant. Later we will visit Faial, Ponta da São Lourenço, Machico.
Return to hotel at end of day. Overnight.

Day 3

Safari Jeep Trip

Breakfast. At 9:00 start the Safari Jeep Trip to visit Funchal, Pico dos Barcelos, Eira do Serrado, Pico do Arieiro, Camacha. Here we will make a brief stop to admire the breathtaking views.
Return to Funchal. Free time. Overnight.

Day 4

Enjoy the Island of Madeira - free time

Breakfast at the hotel. Full day for free time to rest and/or enjoy the Island of Madeira.
Accommodation in the hotel. Overnight.

Day 5

Exploration of the island

Breakfast at the hotel, today we visit the other half of the island: we will start the tour in Funchal, followed by Pico da Torre (Câmara de Lobos), Cabo Girão, Ribeira Brava, Encumeada, Paúl da Serra, Porto Moniz where we will have a traditional dish for lunch. After lunch, visit to Seixal.
Return to Funchal. Back to hotel. Overnight.

Day 6

Walking Tour Maroços / Vale de Machico

Breakfast. At 9:00 departure on foot to see the island hidden spots. This is a very special walk along the 'Levada de Maroços'; Magnificent views over the Bay of Machico, where Portuguese explorers first landed on the island of Madeira.
Return to the hotel, overnight.

Breakfast. Free time before departure.
